UFC Boston Conor McGregor's Time to Shine has Arrived

UFC Boston as Conor McGregor gets his act together.
UFC Boston as Conor McGregor looks to stake his claim to Featherweight title.
Well the wait is finally over as Conor McGregor prepares to take on huge underdog Dennis Siver at UFC fight Night Boston. The crowds have arrived! The weigh-ins are done and it's time to shine. Conor McGregor has taken the mixed martial arts world by storm and tonight, he hopes to do the same to Dennis Siver.

Arriving in Boston a huge favourite, McGregor is looking to solidify his place in the featherweight rankings, becoming the next in line for a shot at the belt and perennial Champion Jose Aldo Junior. Aldo himself is on location, taking the barbs from the travelling Irish fans and smiling while he does it.

Un-phased by what he has seen to date. Jose Aldo too is hoping that McGregor wins tonight against his German opponent, guaranteeing a big payday for the two. Should He win as the bookies are predicting. McGregor will campaign for the title bout to be contended in his home country of Ireland. All but guaranteed to fill Croke park, Europe's 4th largest stadium at 83,000 seated.

The Pitch with Conor Mcgregor.

Will the UFC accommodate the Irish phenom and bed to his request? Or! Will they go with the current Champions wishes and have the fight either in his home country of Brazil or in Las Vegas? The truth of it all is that no one really knows except the big wigs at the UFC.

Regardless of the outcome at tonight card in Boston. McGregor is a guy who will be hanging around the featherweight division for some time to come. Not only that, but he has also spoken of his aspirations to move back up to lightweight. A division where he dominated under the Cage Warriors promotion.

We have heard word of him perhaps also considering a move up to welterweight at some point, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. First and foremost he must first get past the man from Germany. With so many already counting out the German. Does that give him the opportunity to fly under the radar, while the volatile Irishman waxes lyrical on his standing in the division.

All questions will be answered tonight at UFC Fight Night Boston as these two warriors step inside the octagon, to answer all questions. Will this be the prequel to the next Titanic title defense for Jose Aldo. Or will we see something that pretty much nobody except the man from Omsk, Soviet Union via Germany. Tune in or tap out.
