UFC Welterweight fighter Nordine Taleb streams live from Tristargym in Montreal Quebec. Taleb brings us on a adhoc tour of the world famous Tristar gym facility. Home to names such as former world welterweight champion Georges St Pierre. Former UFC fighter, now under the Bellator banner promotion Rory MacDonald. Fellow welterweight Alex Garcia and Francis Carmont. As well as Ireland’s own Joseph Duffy. Coach Firas Zahabi makes an impromptu appearance before rolling with students.
