Floyd Mayweather Toying with Conor McGregor
Boxing coach Jeff Mayweather recaps the fight between nephew Floyd Mayweather Jr. And UFC Champion Conor McGregor, which saw Mayweather win by 10th round TKO. Jeff doesn’t pull any punches and feels that Floyd could have stopped the fight whenever he wanted. His main focus was to give the fans a good fight and he succeeded in doing just that.
Jeff feels that he wasn’t overly impressed by McGregor and knew all along that Floyd would eventually get the stoppage. He is asked if Floyd would consider returning the favour and meeting McGregor inside the octagon. It’s not something he sees happening and even if it did, Floyd may still have a chance to knock him out. But once McGregor starts to land some of those kicks, everything changes.
All in all Uncle Jeff was very happy with the result. Being that he predicted the outcome from the get go. As expected Floyd will now ride off into the sunset, several hundred million dollars richer. While there is no doubting that the fight only added to the mystique of the Irishman McGregor. The question now on the minds of MMA fans is, who next for the lightweight Campion?
