I don’t usually post too much of myself sparring. But I wanted to share my most favorite thing to do with you. ” Timing sparring ” timing sparring should be about 60-70% so not super light but also not super hard either. The objective is not to hurt your training partner but work on timing , speed, and accuracy in a live setting without having to really worry about hurting yourself or your partner. Also to try new moves and techniques you might be too afraid to try in a 100% live situation. And In the process you’re really protecting those brain cells. Of course this is a contact sport and there are no guarantees of not getting injured in anything you do. But the risk factor here is much lower.
