Yancy finished Silva at UFC 212, on the same night that Max Holloway, his teammate and countryman, finished Jose Aldo to become the undisputed UFC featherweight champion. Yancy talks the successful night for the Hawaiians, a UFC Hawaii show, Conor McGregor, his future, UFC retreat, and more.

The guys also welcomed back Bellator colour commentator Jimmy Smith to the show to break down and analyse Bellator’s NYC debut for Bellator NYC and Bellator 180. MMA analyst Brendan Dorman drops by to give his take on the best pound for pound fighters currently and of all time. And the show is topped off by an interview with Irish kickboxer Damian Darker who fights at Cage Legacy Kickboxing 2 in Drogheda this weekend.
