In the first episode of the Fight Life Series featuring UFC Japanese featherweight fighter Teruto “Yashabou” Ishihara 石原 夜叉坊. We return to the training mats at the brand new Team Alpha Male HQ with Teru and his TAM coaches Justin Buchholz and Alexander Munoz. For the final 4 weeks of his fight training camp for UFC Japan on Saturday, September 23rd. Episode 1 features coaching and MMA technique live and on location with Teru from Sacramento, California.
